DBAE School Hours Hours are subject to change based on transportation

Monday: 8am- 2:45pm

Tuesday: 8am- 2:45pm

Wednesday: 8am- 12:30pm

Thursday: 8am- 2:45pm

Friday: 8am- 2:45pm

Arrival and Breakfast starts at: 7:30am

(Students who are not enrolled in before care will not be allowed to enter the building until 7:30am)

Dismissal starts at: 2:45pm (Wed's 12:30pm)

Instruction starts promptly at: 8am

Tardy Slips begin: 8am

Early Pick-Up Ends at: 1:45pm (M,T,TH,F), and 11:30am (Wednesdays only)

Transportation Sign-Up

Does your student need transportation? Sign your student up for the school bus. Transportation information and instructions have been emailed directly to all enrolled families. Please review the email carefully and follow the steps provided to request transportation for your student. For transportation-related questions, please contact our Director of Operations, Aquaya Cole, at acole@dobeartsacademy.org.

Class Dojo

DBAE uses ClassDojo as a primary communication tool for both elementary and middle school families. Through ClassDojo, families can communicate directly with their child’s teachers and receive important classroom updates, including:

Homework and assignments
Grade-level expectations and requirements
Classroom announcements and reminders
Upcoming activities and events
Behavior and Academic updates

Infinite Campus

Families who have completed the Infinite Campus Online Registration process are considered fully enrolled. The Infinite Campus Parent Portal will allow you to review important student information, including attendance records and grades once gradebook information becomes available.

Please make sure you can access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal before the school year begins.
