Are you a passionate artist or arts organization looking to share your talent with the next generation? Do & Be Arts Academy of Excellence (DBAE) is excited to announce an opportunity for artist contractors and arts organizations to join our creative community for the upcoming school year!
​
We are seeking individual artists and organizations rooted in one or more of the five core art forms to enrich our students’ educational experiences through vibrant, standards-aligned arts instruction and engagement.
​
We welcome partnerships in theatre, dance, music, visual arts, media arts, and beyond. If you're passionate about sharing your craft with students in grades K–8, we want to hear from you!

We Are Currently Seeking Artists and Organizations In:

Theatre: On-stage acting, screenwriting, playwriting, sound design, set design, lighting design, and directing.

Dance: Ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, tap, folk/traditional, and fitness dance.

Music: Orchestral, band, vocal (choral, solo, opera, musical theatre, contemporary), songwriting, and composition.

Visual Arts: Painting, drawing, sculpting, mixed media, printmaking.

Media Arts/Film: Graphic design, photography, film production, blogging, YouTube, video content creation, digital arts, video game design, technology arts, and AR/VR art.

What We’re Looking For:
​
We are seeking flexible, mission-aligned artist contractors and arts organizations who can:

Adapt to in-school hours and work collaboratively with our staff and leadership.

Align instruction with Nevada State Academic Content Standards in the relevant art form(s).

Commit to delivering end-of-unit performances, showcases, or student products, coordinated with the school calendar and cultural or project-based events.

Inspire creativity, joy, and academic excellence in all students—particularly those new to the arts.

Compensation
Artists and organizations will be compensated $30–$50 per hour, depending on expertise, schedule alignment, and depth of student engagement. Programming may range from weekly instruction to short-term workshops or residencies.
